I know.
A little random that I have another muffin post this week.
What can I say . . .
I dig muffins.
Today I wanted to share with you one of my most used kitchen gadgets.
(besides my ice cream maker of course)
Rarely do I bake a traditional muffin.
I usually bake muffin tops!
You know, the BEST part of the muffin!
We had some mushy bananas that needed to be used.
So my trusty assistant and I decided to make banana muffins.
Note: Muffins taste much sweeter when made with a 2 year old.
She does a dandy job of mixing the dry ingredients.
Sometimes she gets a little exuberant in her mixing.
(I love the look on her face)
So here's what they look like.
Mmmmmm . . . .
See that nice BIG top!
Love it!
(another bonus: there are no wrappers.
So
no evidence to show how many you've eaten)
I've had my pans (yes, I have 2) for several years.
I checked Amazon and they had a few bazillion choices.
Try it!
I bet you won't go back to the traditional muffin!
I would give you my recipe, but honestly, they were just "so so"
Or as Addy would say "I like them about a medium."
Anyone have a yummy banana muffin recipe?
Have a delicious day!
